Executive Search

Since 2011, we have honed our expertise in equity-centered executive search and people solutions. Our clients are focused on improving the lives of people of color and historically excluded groups through a variety of functions from advocacy to education to social services to philanthropy. The issues covered by our clients have included reproductive equity, LGBTQ+ rights, environmental justice, criminal legal reform, educational equity, youth development and more.
